Helen Atkins
I have painted and drawn in various mediums all my life. I moved to Cornwall in 1984 consequently most of my painting are inspired by the Cornish coastline and the ever changing sea. I try to capture feeling and mood in my paintings. I am very inspired by the waves and the contrasting summer tranquillity with the vibrant blues and harsh powerful storm waves, with the larger surfing breakers to the gentle rippling waves.
