Lorna Johnson
I am a self taught artist, working in watercolours and acrylics. I also make sculptures in clay.
I am a member of the Cowhouse Gallery in Perranuthnoe,a collective run by the exhibiting artists and crafts people. I have a permanent exhibition there.
Growing up in California, the Native American culture had a powerful effect on me. Mainly I just love the weird and wonderful.
In recent years I have drawn inspiration from my Dad, who began sculpting in clay on his retirement. I am passionate about my art and sculpture and wish I had started years ago. I look forward to creating many more pieces.
